Maryland Education and Training Voucher
ETV provides additional money for college or training programs to help young adults in foster care. Eligible students may receive up to $5,000 a year for qualified school-related expenses. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on need. For more information and to complete the application visit Maryland ETV.
Maryland Tuition Waiver
The Maryland Tuition Waiver provides a waiver for paying tuition costs for both credit-bearing and non-credit bearing courses as well as mandatory fees at any Maryland public institution of higher education.
