City Steps consists of a comprehensive array of housing and resources for homeless youth ages 18-24, including a resource center, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing.

The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program, which provides rental assistance to help low income persons afford decent and safe rental housing.

As a temporary crisis relief agency, we will provide financial relief for the working, single mother with minor children who is not eligible for state or federal assistance. Through our help, we will restore hope in a moment of helplessness.
